Transition Methodology :
 

LastPeak knows that the idea of changing billing companies can be stressful for providers. To combat this, we have developed a robust set of tools to help you through the transition process.

Account Executives :
All our clients will be assigned a LastPeak Account Executive who will guide you step by step through the transition process.  Your account executive will also serve as your US link between your practice and your service team.
After your transition, your Account Executive will call you regularly to stay abreast of your needs, and will always be available for consultation by telephone or email during regular business hours.
Due Diligence :
Before beginning, LastPeak will conduct an extensive due diligence process to ensure all parties involved in the transition know what has to happen before it occurs.  Your Account Executive will guide you through due diligence to help your team identify the challenges we will each face during implementation.
Our primary tool during this phase is our extensive survey that helps detail your current processes, people, and IT setup, with special attention to being paid to identify your pain points and your goals
Detailed Transition Plan :
The output of the due diligence survey is a detailed project plan, which is put together by representatives of our respective transition teams. This plan will detail every aspect of the transition focusing on any process or IT changes that must occur.
Pilot:
Before changing the process for your entire facility, we prefer to run a pilot at either a smaller location or a single department to minimize any disruption to your operations.
Final roll-out:

After the transition has been proven in its pilot phase, we will assist in the roll-out to each of your departments and facilities.
