Profile Note on Key Personnel of LastPeak
LastPeak and its entities, subsidiaries and
associates are companies that have
been formed to meet specific requirements of
distance working and as well as meeting with
the requirements of web enabled services and
exploiting revenue streams in the Business Process
Outsourcing field of IT Enabled Services. The
key management personnel are :-
US Based
Principal: Aaron Dorn
Aaron Dorn is the founder and CEO of Meridian
Teleradiology, an US based reading service that
has grown steadily since its founding. Meridian
has clients across the South East United States.
Prior to starting Meridian, Aaron was a
consultant with McKinsey & Company, specializing
in healthcare and operations. Aaron has worked
with payors and providers, helping them on
various topics including; Mergers & Strategic
Acquisitions, Process Improvement & Expense
Reduction, Strategic Sourcing, Benefit Design.
Aaron has also worked in the Financial Service
Sector as a Project Manager for American
Express, and as an Investment Banker with Bear
Stearns & Company. Aaron holds an MBA fro
the Wharton School of Finance and a BS from Duke
University in Economics.Currently designated as Chief Executive
Officer, Americas.
India Based
Principal: Jan Subramanyan
Jan Subramanyan oversees and manages the
process flows and integration of work schedules
to ensure seamless deliveries against contracts.
She has the added responsibility of heading the
HR function for the Group. She is an active
participant in the business discovery process
with clients as she is able to size the
outsourcing volumes having regard to the
resources at her command which are India
centric. A senior Art Director with experience
in the creative field of advertising she has
worked with most of the top 10 Advertising
Agencies worldwide; she made the crossover to
the ITeS sector and has used her creative
talents to the advantage of LastPeak.
Currently designated as Director Operations.
Principal: Sharad Subramanyan
Sharad Subramanyan, is a fiscalist by profession and a
financial consultant to many F500 companies, he
is currently actively involved in financing
Greenfield infrastructure projects in many
countries and more specifically in emerging
markets. Formulated and implemented fiscal
reform policies with specific reference to the
expanding base of taxable entities. Specialising
in Institutional and Corporate exposure on
fiscal issues and
enabling of grass-root level financing for
international nodal agencies. Set up a consultancy
firm dealing specifically in fiscal issues as also providing advice to
Central Governments
for implementing infrastructure projects for
Federal/State Governments include syndication of finance.
He brings a best practices approach and
principles of governance to LastPeak.
Currently designated as Director and Chief
Financial Officer.
Principal: Vasant Subramanyan
Vasant Subramanyan, is the promoter of all
the companies in the LastPeak Group,
all of whom are existing ITeS providers with a continuous
and enviable track record of deliverables registered
with the Software Technology Parks of India. The companies have been
operating in the space of off shore servicing of
various healthcare companies in the US and have
been able to create employment potential in
Kolkata. He has also been a consultant in IT to
various new technology ventures in the US which
have seen the convergence of various platforms
in data, voice and picture capture. He has enabled
the creation of new platforms of convergence in
telephony instruments that have resulted in new product rollouts
and has worked as a process integration
consultant on "next gen" smart phones and
converged devises. Former international
